The Morris Park District Management Association (or Morris Park BID) constituted in April 2018 is formally inviting membership at the "7th Annual Meeting of the MPBID Membership".

All Annual Meeting participants must register to attend.

  2. BID Membership registration is MANDATORY in order to be able to vote and elect the BID Board of Directors. Please register with the form below or by contacting ed.morrisparkbid [@]gmail.com before (Date of Record to be announced) to be eligible to vote.

Lawful members of the MPBID area which covers properties along Morris Park Avenue, between Unionport Rd/Amethyst St (west), and Williamsbridge Rd (east) are: Class A: property owners; Class B: commercial tenants; Class C: residential tenants; class D: designated City officials and elected representatives; Class E: other persons with significant interests in the district, registered and approved by the Board (non voting).

To confirm attendance at the 7th MPBID Annual Meeting, please RSVP : Please download and complete a Registration Form (see below) and submit at ed.morrisparkbid[a]gmail.com, or by mail/hand delivery at Morris Park BID, 966 Morris Park Avenue, Bronx, NY 10462 before the Date of Record. 2. BID Membership Registration: please note: while the BID serves all property owners, commercial tenants and residents within the District, only registered members may vote and elect Board Directors. According to the by-laws, registered members are owners of real property (Class A), commercial tenants (Class B), and residential tenants within the District who have completed a Membership Registration Form and returned it to the BID office, or through the BID website here.

You only need to register once, and will remain a member until your eligibility changes. You must register your membership to the BID before (Date of Record to be announced), in order to vote at the 2025 Annual Meeting. For any questions, please contact us as 718-684-6426.
